As CEO Natalie is responsible for the strategic direction of Ivy House. She has worked in leadership and talent development for almost twenty years in a variety of leadership and consulting roles. She is passionate about understanding what truly motivates people and how that can enable high performance. Alongside leading our business she is coach to a number of senior executive teams.
