Bringing together our award-winning talent and leadership development expertise, with your organisational expertise means we’re able to design a programme that addresses all of your training, leadership and cultural needs – and delivers lasting change for your organisation.

You may need to ensure a particular message is conveyed, you may want more face-to-face development or virtual sessions. Your programme may need to dovetail into another initiative or support several different audiences; you may want to run a Director’s Cut to maximise the engagement of the senior team. Our core programmes

We’re able to deliver our core award-winning programmes as in-house solutions. These can be run as ‘off-the-shelf’ programmes, or completely tailored to meet your organisation’s needs. This may mean changing the way they are delivered, adding job-shadowing and mentoring opportunities or building in context coaching. We will also work with you to build an internal support mechanism, that means you experience maximum benefit from your investment.

Life Leader is our 100% virtual programme, bringing game-changing leadership and life skills development to every part of your organisation.

Created in a way that means it is affordable at scale, flexible and incredibly effective, it provides access to the very best learning, delivered by the most senior life and leadership coaches in the country. It gives your people them the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead themselves and others… now and in the future.


6 days + coaching and mentoring

Our flagship programme and the ultimate programme for emerging talent.

Run over an 6-month period, our most in-depth programme brings the very best in personal and professional development to your future leaders in a way that delivers deep-seated change. Creating leaders, who can drive forward your people, your business and results.

The Professional Apprenticeship Programme

In-house programme

We’ve teamed up with expert apprenticeship provider, The Opportunity Group, to create a programme that delivers life-changing development to your emerging talent and future leaders, in a structure that can be funded through the apprenticeship levy.

Run over a 12 – 14-month period and built with our Master Programme at its core, our Professional Apprenticeship Programme offers a fast-track leadership development opportunity for the future leaders of your business – delivering both personal and organisational transformation.

How does it work?

We have 2 programmes available:
Level 5 programme – For experienced managers.
Level 4 programme – For graduates, new managers and early in career talent.

Available for cohorts of 50+ this blended solution far exceeds the required apprenticeship requirements. This means you are able to offer your emerging talent a world-class, executive-level development programme, utilising existing levy funding.
