Ivy House has been awarded Gold for People Impact at the 2025 Consultancy Awards, recognising its game-changing approach to leadership development.
The accolade celebrates consultancy work that has created meaningful, measurable change for clients – and for Ivy House, that change starts with people.
In collaboration with one of the UK’s top retailers, Ivy House designed and delivered a Future Leaders Programme aimed not just at plugging a skills gap, but at transforming a leadership culture. One that had become too cautious, too hierarchical, and too inconsistent.
“We saw an environment where people were waiting for permission, where leaders were playing it safe,” said the Ivy House team. “Our goal was to disrupt that.”
The programme focused on three powerful areas: self-leadership, ownership, and courageous communication. By helping leaders understand themselves – their values, behaviours, and mindset – Ivy House empowered them to lead with authenticity and impact.
And the results speak volumes.
To date, over 500 leaders have completed the programme, with a staggering Net Promoter Score of +93. Participant feedback describes the experience as “eye-opening, inspiring, empowering” – a clear sign that the programme didn’t just hit targets, it rewrote them.
But for Ivy House, this is about more than metrics.
“This award means a lot,” the team shared. “But what matters most is the ripple effect these leaders are having. The cultural shift we’ve helped spark. That’s the real win.”
