A virtual hug from us
We’re huggers at Ivy House; well, we were until hugging became a risky business. So we’re sending out virtual hugs this year to all our clients, partners and friends for another year of achieving great things together.
Whether you’ve chosen to work with us; brought your own energy, expertise and passion to help us put leadership and life skills at the heart of organisations; or have simply enjoyed our content, we consider you part of the Ivy House family.
Here’s a look back at some of the highlights from 2021.
The Future Leaders Project
A huge reason to celebrate this year is the launch of The Future Leaders Project. People from brilliant organisations like NatWest, Nike, Facebook and Sky have given their time, money and expertise to support the next generation of leaders. More than 300 schools have registered to be a part of it!
Our team of incredible coaches has gone from strength to strength this year. This fabulous group of people have given extraordinary support and radical challenge to all our delegates, each bringing their unique strengths and talents to the Ivy House programmes. We’ve also welcomed new faces this year so we thought you might like to find out more about the team.
New programmes, new schools
This year we have run more programmes than ever before, and welcomed new schools to The Award from up and down the country. We also launched a new programme specially designed for graduates, so we can support talent even earlier on their path to becoming extraordinary leaders. And, our NPS is still a gravity-defying 95, which makes us very happy!
The Ivy House Sessions
One of the benefits of a virtual world is that we’ve been able to offer more free, informative and sometimes challenging events this year, with over 1,200 people signing up to attend. From going beyond Everyone’s Invited to finding out what talent really want, you can catch up on any events you missed – and register to be the first to find out about our new topics for 2022.
We look forward to catching up with you in 2022 but in the meantime, we hope you have a restful and happy Christmas break.
