In this section we’ll be looking at exactly that, exploring all things self-leadership – the foundation to leading an extraordinary life. This is about giving you the opportunity to discover who you really are, what kind of life you want and how you can take ownership for leading the life that’s right for you.

Through interviews, roundtable discussions and activities, you’ll learn the steps you can follow to discover and create an extraordinary life – one that allows you to find meaning, joy and most importantly, to stay well. It’s an exciting journey, and this is just the start.
