What exactly is leadership and what makes a leader extraordinary?

When we ask most people to picture a leader, there’s often a pretty set image that comes to mind. One of a man, wearing a suit and tie, sitting behind a big desk and leading a huge team or company.

But what if we told you that leaders come in all shapes and sizes? And the truth is, we’re all leaders. We’re not all leading huge teams or companies, but we’re all leading ourselves every single day. The question is – what kind of leader are you?

Well, we’re going to help you figure that out.

In this section we’ll be taking a deep dive into the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of leadership, what it takes to be an extraordinary leader, and how you can develop your leadership skills, now. You’ll hear from leaders from a whole range of fields who are achieving extraordinary things – some of the youngest CEOs on the planet, activists who are changing the world, leaders from huge global brands, and local heroes who are making a difference in their community.

This is your chance to get to grips with all things leadership.
