83% of organisations are currently implementing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
Yet research indicates that DE&I training does very little to affect change within a workplace.
So how do we turn DE&I from a tick box exercise to something which creates meaningful change? That empowers minority groups to step into their power and provides them with the structure, opportunities and culture that enables them to actually progress?
