Why this event?

In this one-time-only virtual event we’ll be giving you an insight into how you can most effectively support your talent to develop these critical skills, affordably (sometimes even for free), at scale and in an engaging and immersive way that creates lasting change – even when you can’t be in the room with them.

Exclusively for Talent, L&D and HR Leaders, we will be looking at the 3 critical ingredients essential to creating genuine shifts in people’s ability to thrive. We’ll share our experience of how to develop resilience and the human leadership skills that are so desperately needed right now – in a way that works for the business and the individual.

  • How to build resilience, self-leadership, accountability and human leadership, top to bottom
  • How to develop these skills effectively, at scale and quickly
  • How to deliver impactful virtual development, where people feel involved, safe and engaged
