Over the last 18 years Tim has worked with 1000+ leaders specialising in organisational development, change and leadership consultancy and coaching. Tim has worked with C level, board members and senior leaders at over 20% of the FTSE 100, in over 60 organisations and in 16 countries globally.
Danielle Brooks has been an executive coach for the past 14 years working with leaders, their teams and the wider organisational system to play at the top of their game. Passionate about promoting trust, transparency and courage in service of organisational health and both curious and fascinated about the invisible dynamics of systems.
