Susana is a certified professional coach and international leadership facilitator who specialises in helping leaders to think more creatively, communicate more effectively, and influence others more skillfully.  With 15 years’ sales and management experience in the international corporate world, Susana has an innate understanding of, and empathy with, the global clients she coaches. She strongly believes that every human being is naturally resourceful and she is very talented at enabling her clients to discover the creativity and hidden talents they didn’t realise they had.
